So far it is doing what I need
Wish they will bring back the bcaa pills. But I feel a difference when working out and doing cardio.

I work in the supplement industry, been managing a supplement store for quite some time now, and I have to say, this is one of the best BCAAs on the market. First off, the taste is amazing... not bland at all, and not overly sweet. All flavors are just right! Second, Betancourt uses patented Active TR time release Leucine. Studies show that Active TR Leucine increased muscle protein synthesis over a longer period of time over free form Leucine, as well as having a faster recovery from exercise.
